What You’ll Do
As our Remote Accountant, you will manage day-to-day financial operations for our real estate and property management portfolios. Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconciling bank statements, security deposits, and rental income.

Tracking property expenses and managing owner distributions.

Maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date financial records using our core software platforms.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Software Expertise: Proven experience using QuickBooks and AppFolio (Property Management software) is highly preferred.

Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). You must be comfortable communicating clearly in English.

Experience: Solid background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus).

Infrastructure: A reliable internet connection, backup power solution (UPS/generator preferred), and a quiet home office setup.

What We Offer
Hourly Rate: $4.00/hour for the first 90 days (Probationary/Trial period to prove your skills).
