Bilingual Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time – Construction Industry)
Location: Remote | Schedule: Full-Time, U.S. West Coast Hours
Compensation: Starting at $400/month, up to $900/month with ongoing performance-based bonuses

We are a successful and fast-growing construction company seeking a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to support our team by scheduling appointments and handling client communications. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is bilingual (English and Spanish), professional, and ready to grow with us.

Role Overview
You’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact with potential clients, helping us coordinate meetings and manage communications efficiently. This position is ideal for someone mature, committed, and confident on the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments with leads and clients

Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish

Use Google Calendar, Sheets, and Zoom Caller to manage scheduling

Maintain organized records of interactions


Who We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Excellent phone and communication skills

Own computer and stable internet connection

Available 8 hours per day, aligned with U.S. West Coast hours

Organized, punctual, and friendly

Demonstrate reliability and long-term commitment
