Agente de llamadas bilingüe (inglés y español) - Trabajo remoto

We are seeking bilingual individuals (Spanish and English) to join our remote team.

This position does not involve sales, telemarketing, or working in a traditional call center.

Your role will consist of making scheduled calls to patients, engaging in friendly conversations, and logging a brief summary of each call in our system.

Responsibilities:

*Make daily scheduled calls to our members.
*Engage in friendly, professional conversations to check on their well-being.
*Record clear and accurate notes after each call.
*Report any situations requiring follow-up.
*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Requirements:

*Excellent command of spoken English.
*Fluency in Spanish.
*Clear, natural pronunciation in both languages.
*Computer or laptop.
*Headset with microphone.
*Stable internet connection.
*Quiet, noise-free workspace.
*Availability to work approximately 60 hours per week (US Eastern Time), including weekends, on rotating shifts.
