Tenant Acquisition - Customer Service Bilingue

Main Responsibilities:
*Assist prospective tenants via phone, email, and text.
*Follow up consistently with leads and rental inquiries.
*Provide information about available properties and the application process.
*Help coordinate property showings and next steps.
*Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
*Work closely with the Leasing and Property Management teams.
*Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.

We’re looking for someone who:
*Has intermediate to advanced English.
*Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
*Is organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
*Is proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
*Works well independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
*Previous experience in customer service, sales, leasing, call centers, or real estate is a plus.
