Bilingual Assistant (Inglés/Español)

Access-Salud is a business process outsourcing company specialized in virtual assistance for companies in the health area. We manage the tasks that demand time, money, and personnel from medical practices on their behalf so they can focus those resources on their actual craft.Responsibilities: Receive and make calls to English-speaking people. Interact with different platforms and databases.

Manage requirements of patients and health personnel. Other assignments related to the position.Requirements: Advanced English level. Residing in Caracas (essential).

Orientation to service and detail of processes. Punctuality and compliance with rules. Comply with a daytime, full-time and face-to-face workday from Monday to Saturday (to be defined by turns).Essential knowledge and skills: Ability to converse fluently in English.
