US Licensed Insurance Sales Producer. Living Outside US

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

What you'll actually be doing

You'll sell auto and home insurance to people who have a need. Inbound calls and live transfer leads — we invest heavily in lead flow, so you are not cold calling and not dialing lists for hours to reach a human. A separate service department handles endorsements, payments, and service requests, which means your day is quoting, presenting, closing, and following up on the ones who didn't close the first time.

You'll work a defined sales process inside our CRM, ask every customer for referrals.

Compensation

Base salary: $24,000 — paid regardless of production

Commission: uncapped, paid on new business written premium

Realistic first-year total: $46,000-$80,000 for producers who hit expectations We'll show you the full commission schedule during the interview process. No mystery math.
