Cold Calling USA - 100% Remote
US-based real estate company is looking for bilingual Cold Callers / Sales Agents, based in Caracas, to work 100% remotely, generating business opportunities with potential customers in the United States.
MAIN DUTIES / Make cold calls in English to potential customers in the United States. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Identify business opportunities within the real estate market. Record call information and results in the system. Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
WORKING HOURS (VENEZUELA TIME)/Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, No work on major U.S. holidays. COMPENSATION
Base salary: $300 USD per month
Monthly productivity bonuses.
Paid training: $100 USD. /
Payment via Zelle or PayPal.
REQUIREMENTS: English level: B2+ / C1 (advanced, fluent, professional, or native). Previous experience in telephone sales, call centers, or cold calling. / Experiencia previa en ventas telefónicas, call center o cold calling. Communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Full-time availability. Laptop or PC with at least 8 GB of RAM. Stable wired Internet connection (Ethernet): minimum 40 Mbps. Headset with microphone. UPS or power backup (essential). Internet and electricity backup options.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
